I have been learning a lot lately, and the more I know, the more I realize how much I don't know. Specifically in the area of theology. Personally I'd create at least a 3rd category for the patriarchal movement, although some call that 3pt complementarianism. Since you are interested, Thabiti Anyabwile wrote a great blog series entitled, "I'm a Complementarian, But..." I linked to the first post, but you'll have to fish around for the entire series. Great stuff. Rebecca Writes has a weekly column called "Theology Term of the Week." The archives are great for looking up terms you don't know. Oh, and its a Reformed pov which I think is your leaning, if I remember correctly.
