Michelle/OK Posted April 8, 2011 Share Posted April 8, 2011 I thought I had been backing up my BB for the last year and a half. I wasn't. Didn't realize this til today. It went through the motions but apparently nothing ever happened for the last year. My husband tries to fix it for me and now my data on my handheld is set back to 12 months ago. Many lost contacts and my calendar is empty. I'm trying not to panic. I am quite dependent on this device. Does anyone know how to restore my lost data? Do businesses like Geek Rescue provide this service? I have an IMac and wonder if this played a part in my back up syncs being unsuccessful. Thx in advance for any help!
