I am thinking of doing writing strands next year for writing and need a grammer program to go with it. 4Hisglory Posted March 19, 2011 Share Posted March 19, 2011 (edited) We love First Language Lessons here. We have used levels 1,2,and 3. It is an oral program, more so in level 1 with great poems to memorize, fun chants to learn, narrations and a lot of verbal repitition of the parts of speech and grammar rules. It then moves into managable dictation and diagramming sentence along with all of the above. I have used it with my fidgety son and my artistic daughter and they both love it.
