Gamom3 Posted February 15, 2011 Share Posted February 15, 2011 Would you hirer a painter to paint your 2-story home that only has General Liability and does NOT have workman's comp? The painter told us that he and his workers would sign a notarized paper stating that we would not be held liable if he or one of his workers are hurt on our property.
