Anyone who is doing or who has done C25K please

I'd love to know when, if at all, I might expect to start seeing the benefits?

 

 

  • Increased cardio fitness
  • Muscle definition
  • Drop in weight
  • Drop in size / measurements
  • Improved general wellbeing
  • Anything else

 

At the moment this is the only exercise I'm doing, apart from incidental stuff (eventually I'm planning to alternate running with gym workout on the elliptical and the pin weight machine).

 

Anyone care to share their experience?
