Increased cardio fitness Muscle definition Drop in weight Drop in size / measurements Improved general wellbeing Anything else At the moment this is the only exercise I'm doing, apart from incidental stuff (eventually I'm planning to alternate running with gym workout on the elliptical and the pin weight machine).
