"Turn Back Time" is setting up a family of modern shop keepers during different eras: Victorian, Edwardian, peaceful 30's, wartime 40's, swinging 60's and the wild 70's, to see if they can attract shoppers back to the High Street. I wonder if these are the same producers who created Manor House, Victorian House, etc... I *love* those shows.
