My kids first used BBC's DanceMat Typing (http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/typing/) when we were just starting out hsing. I owuldn't say it's the most comprehensive typing course, but good for little ones (I'm not sure the age of your kids).

Recently though, I went online and searched for more typing programs, and came up with a few that challenge them, and even challenge me (and I've been typing for 17 years!). Our favorite site right now is http://www.onlytypinggames.com. Some of the games are good for beginners, and some of the games would take an expert typist to complete. All games (as far as I know) have three levels - easy, medium, and hard.
