jhusted Posted August 22, 2010 Share Posted August 22, 2010 Has anyone used the old edition of R&S Math for Grade 2? I'm wondering how it compares to the newer books. I've been using Singapore 1A & 1B for my soon to be 7 dd, but she's becoming frustrated with it. I'd like something not too teacher intensive that we can use to go back to basics. She understands addition and subtraction but she hasn't memorized her math facts yet. In their description in the catalog it says concepts are taught in the pupil's workbooks. This sounds easier to implement because she could work on her own after I have gone over the lesson with her. Would I even need the teacher's manual?
