I feel all out of whack (swelling hasn't gone completely away, joints hurt, etc.) after having my baby almost 12 weeks ago and think a cleanse would be a good thing. I've known several people that have done this cleanse and I've read the book. Anyone ever done it? I would like to hear your experience and any tips you could give me. Thanks.
