Do you read aloud?

    • Of course! This is one of our favorite aspects of homeshooling.

    • I do, but the realities of life inhibit me from doing it as often as I like.

    • Only for one or two subjects. Thatâ??s enough.

    • I prefer that my dc read all or most of their studies on their own.

Thank for you so much for this article. Sometimes it is difficult, while in the depths of the parenting/homeschooling trenches, to see the immense benefits of the reading aloud time. God-willing, I will try to remember this article when I'm tired or under the weather or just ready to put the kids in bed already lol.
