keptwoman
I switched C this year from MUS to Singapore. Not to fix what was broke, because we have found MUS brilliant, but I have found that with J doing SM, the word problems are so good that I wanted C to have that advantage. C is really struggling with SM, I am really struggling with SM because he has gone from semi independent to floundering and I don't know what manipulatives to use to help him. Having the TM would obviously help that, but the version of SM I was planning to switch to (New Syllabus Primary Mathematics) does not have one. I do have some ideas fermenting in my mind, but I'm really interested to know what others are doing in order to combine the two. So what I would like to know if you combine Singapore and MUS, how you do that.:lurk5: TIA :)
