I tried to find it the other day and couldn't so maybe I was dreaming? I am hoping to do this over the summer with ds2. We will be starting in May, which means we'll have to cover several cases/chapters per week. I was hoping a teacher's book would have a syllabus; if not then I'll be writing one shortly.
