Pip Posted March 24, 2010 Share Posted March 24, 2010 I have hurt my back and Pilates is the only thing that helps when this happens. I have the Gaiam intermediate mat work out and I find there is a lot of talk compared to actually exercising. I don't need a how-to lesson, I need exercises. Didn't like the Winsor Pilates. I just find Mare Winsor very annoying and the music sounds like something from a skin flick. I have read good things about Stot (sp?) but I can't find it in the stores and so I don't want to get something over the internet and then find I have to return it.
