Earlier this week, I made a crockpot recipe for pepper steak, and even though it was good, it wasn't "the" pepper steak. Now, I really want to make the real thing.... This one has 4 1/2 stars with lots of reviews so might be worth a try. Have you used the allrecipes site? I always read the reviews first because there are frequently helpful tips.
