happyhappyjoyjoy
Are the newer geosafari 'laptops' as good as the 'old school' geosafari games? Are the cards interchangeable? Do you find these products useful? Or were you disappointed? Thank you
happyhappyjoyjoy
bump. Should I have put this in the curriculum forum?
Poke Salad Annie
I have the older system with the interchangeable cards. I found mine cheap at a thrift store, but I think they show up on e-bay. I've often wondered about the laptop version myself. There is a website somewhere that tells how to make cards for the older system. You can adapt them to what you're studying, so it's really a nice feature of the older version. Sorry I don't have the link.
happyhappyjoyjoy
I actually saw it last night when I was web surfing about geosafari. Thanks, I'd love to hear more.
Poke Salad Annie
Is this the site? http://www.donnayoung.org/homeschooling/games/geosafari-laptop.htm I also have another system similar to the Geo safari that is made by V-Tech called a "World Wizard". I like it very much, but don't know if cards can be made in a similar fashion.

I just remember seeing it in a list of sites when I was googling.:)
