Public School Charter School, What would you use?

If you were going to design a public charter school's curricula, what would you choose?

This Charter school will use things that go with Core Knowledge curricula, but in the highschool years... there's some discretion.

 

If you were in charge, what would you use.... for Latin... etc.

 

This school will be 5th -12th:-)

 

Also, what are your favorite Classical Colleges where you would hire your teachers from?
