eaglei
If a recipe calls for using a bundt pan or a tube pan, can you use a 13 x 9 pan instead? I parted with my old bundt and tube pans quite a long while ago and haven't replaced them but would like to make a coffee cake recipe that calls for bundt - but using the 13 x 9 . . . Would there be any problem? THANKS!
Caitilin
Yes, you can switch, you will just need to adjust your baking time for a thinner cake, is all. If you have a cake mix in the cupboard, look at that for a ballpark idea of the time differences. Yummy!
eaglei
Caitilin - Thank You! Good idea to check a box mix for an idea of the time - I hadn't thought of that!
