I just wanted to say "Hi" since I noticed that you are a neighbor in the Central Valley. We are in a dairy/farmering town but it seems to be becoming less and less of that. =( Anyway, I thought it was neat to see someone from my neck of the woods and thought I would send a quick "Hi."
