I voted too! Good Luck kiddo!

Oh Rhonda, I'm so sorry. I'd take care of it where you feel most comfortable and where your dh is!

Around here our boys wear them quite a bit. Well, mostly to pack shows every month.
I have become kind of a patch fanatic. We get one wherever we go now. Even homeschooling related. We went to Texas in March, so I got them a Texas patch as well and they are on the vests.

Thanks Abbeyej! I just bought it recently.

Hmmmm. I like the clean ones, with not a lot of junk on them. I will need to think about it a little.

Oh, no! Julie, I am so sorry to hear this. You all have been through so much.

I messed up Crissy...should have put HAD past tense. Oy. She had it removed many years ago and she's doing super now!

When you are just sitting, watching, and waiting for things to happen.

I would also be of the mindset to tell my kiddos, especially if we were that close to the other family.

My mother had breast cancer and from the radiation she got osteosarcoma in her shoulderblade (on the opposite side of where she had breast cancer - go figure). She had to have her shoulderblade removed and fortunately she did not have to have her whole arm amputated.

Btw, thank you all for helping me out here.

would that be a loo?

There is a use of "toilet" that has me baffled.
Here's a partial quote:
...three strokes of a large-tooth comb completed his toilet.
What does that mean?

Robin Hood, maybe you can find a conversion tool somewhere on the internet.

Yep, for now anyway! No where near the few fires at this point.

would you have prophylactic surgery (mastectomy) or would you try to just weather the storms as they come?
Here's an article that made me ask this question.

I'm glad he's safe as well. The winds can get pretty serious here. It can get scary.

No, I'm your neighbor in Escondido.
Thanks!

They are lifting most evacuation orders for Oceanside, except for the base.
You can look at either http://www.northcountytimes.com or http://www.nbcsandiego.com for info.
We have a campout planned at Campo this weekend. Last I looked it was 50 percent contained.

I'm so very sorry Chris.

Mine would definitely have to be political thrillers.

LG Gone Wild:
Webelos Woods sounds great. My eldest went to Webelos Resident Camp this summer and will always have fond memories of that, I believe. It was his first stay away camp! He had a blast! Their form of bathing is going to the pool every day.

Book Crazy:
Blue & Gold is the banquet/dinner. It is a pack thing. Ours is around February I think. It is particularly special for the Webelos II's as it is their last one where they can receive their "twentier" award for accomplishing all 20 achievements. This is something that we are going for with our eldest.
This is pathetic

I agree, that's awful.
