  1. I love these 2 blogs:

    http://getyourprettyon.com/

    http://pinteresttoldmeto.blogspot.com/

They have really helped me pull together outfits and get out of my T-shirt/jeans rut! I love LOFT for my jeans. I also love Nordstrom...I hadn't really considered them before reading Pinterest Told Me To. They have great sales, a generous return policy, and shipping is free (to you AND on returns!) I also do a lot of Target, Old Navy, and some JCP.

ETA: Get Your Pretty On has a Fall Style Challenge starting Monday. I think it's too late to join (you pay a small fee, get a shopping list of basic pieces, then she sends you a combo everyday for 21 days.) You can get an idea of combos by following the hashtag #GYPOStyleMe on Instagram.

  2. when my daughter's aren't asking for them?  I know they would both like another AG doll but they are aware that they're pricey so they didn't put them on their list.  Neither has really mentioned the specific doll they would get next, but with them being retired I feel like I want them.  That's right, I want them, so why not wrap them up, right?  Of course DH thinks I'm crazy.

I am struggling with this as well!   I want them!

  3. I am waiting for the "surprise discovery" that *some* ID's are genetically linked. No twins in all of our family back for a few generations, and boom - both my brother (well, his wife :) ) and I have ID twins (not MOMO's). No twins in SIL's family, either.

I fully realize that today's science believes there's no genetic link . . . I'm just saying that today's science and tomorrow's science are not always the same thing.

I love talking / studying / learning about twins. :)

I also wonder if they will eventually discover some sort of genetic link to ID's as well. My husband's grandmother is an ID twin who gave birth to ID twins (1 is my FIL.) FIL's brother has a daughter who had ID twins. Who knows!
