My new uniform pants are of the hip-hugged variety. I am constantly pulling them up because they feel like they're falling down. Ugh! Friggin' low bid! Off to save humanity ;)
DO you sew? Or take them to someone who does. Remove the elastic and sew on a new bad a couple of inches of fabric will do. Put the elastic in to the new bad. Possibly a tightly woven ribbing/knit will work too.
