I would check to see what the claim cut off date is for paypal. Just to make sure you do not miss it.
I am sorry that you are having problems. I had one incident with a seller on here but it did work itself out. I felt a little bad about all the emailing and PMing I was doing, but I have to protect our money. We don't have money to just throw around. Don't feel bad.
I would post a feedback (I still cannot figure out how to do this...sorry to all the people I have bought from)
:iagree:
I just went through this. I believe you have 45 days to file a claim with Paypal. I think I ended up doing that on day 40 or so. I received my items not long after that. I hope everything works out for you.

If you rent from a video store frequently, you can ask if they'll clean it for you. They have special equipment to buff out the scratches.
You could also ask your library if they do this. One of ours does for a small charge.

I would definitely call. Annoying is one thing, but I would not deal with an aggressive dog roaming around.

She's beautiful. Congratulations on her graduation.
BTW, I love Portrait Innovations.

Moving Beyond the Page advertises as a gifted and creative curriculum.

We have both, and I really prefer the whiteboard. It's easier to clean and, for me, seems easier to read.

I can't read The Rag Coat without crying through most of it. Every.single.time.

:grouphug: That's heartbreaking. I'm so sorry for your loss. :grouphug:

So if you rent, you can't get a SC license?
No, not driver's license. You have to pay the property taxes on your vehicle to the county in order to register the vehicle.
Paid Vehicle Property Tax Receipt
Before you can register your vehicle in South Carolina, you must first pay the vehicle property taxes that are required in the county in which you reside.

Here's the link for the SC DMV. From reading through it, it's possible that you might have to pay taxes on your vehicle. Hopefully not though.
I hope your move goes smoothly for you. Congrats on the new job! :D

I just bought a Toyota Sienna, but was seriously looking at the Honda Odyssey as well. I can't say either of these cars are "cool", but they both rate very well for performance and reliability. I am really loving my Sienna after driving around a huge, clunky GMC Yukon for the last couple of years.

I test drove a 2002 Sienna last week and fell in love. It's funny because a few months ago, I test drove another Sienna (I think a 2000 model) and hated it. This one was fabulous though. Unfortunately, the mileage was waaaay higher than my husband and I wanted.
We're going to look at an '02 Odyssey tomorrow.

I love the FIAR Nature Studies. I can't wait to start the Spring one. My children really enjoy them too. :D

Priceless. :lol::lol:

I have not, but I would be willing to live in another country. In fact, it's a secret (well, not now ) dream of mine that my husband will be transferred to the country his company is based out of. It would be temporary, but I would love to do it.

I belong to a secular homeschool support group. We don't have scheduled meeting monthly, but we do have weekly park dates, different clubs for the children, a mom's book club and mom's night out every few months.

My 8yo likes the tank tops with the built-in shelf bras. In fact, we just picked some more up today. On sale at Target for $4.

The Dr. suggested that we try a bed wetting alarm. The cost (on ebay, but new) was about $60, but compared to the weekly purchase of Goodnites, that didn't seem so bad. The first night, ds didn't wake up. The next night we stayed near by and woke him up when it went off. Then there were a few nights where he got up himself when it went off. Then he never wet again. Except maybe once when he was really over tired. It has been 2 and a half years.
:iagree:We have had a similar experience with my 8yo daughter. We've only had the alarm for about a month, but things have improved significantly. In fact, for about the last week, dd has chosen not to wear the alarm and she's only wet the bed twice maybe.
I'll admit to being completely frustrated with it for the first week (she didn't hear it and still wet the bed) though.

I am really trying to remember that this is a normal part of the weight loss journey and sometimes we allow these valleys to sabotage our overall goals. I am determined this time to make lifestyle changes that recognize these ups and downs and continue towards the goal instead of giving up.
That was very encouraging. Thank you. :D

However, I am trying to decide whether to read the Bible in chronological order or use the schedule where you read a different genre each day (history one day, poetry another, gospels another, etc) to get through it within a year.
I'm trying to decide the same. I'm leaning towards the chronological, but the other is appealing too. I really need to make a decision soon. :)

I am. I've actually been doing WW since July. I lost 25lbs, but have gained about 8 back. Bah. I'm in such a slump. Hoping to get back on track next week.

We don't do Christmas or other holidays. Not to offend others, but most holidays directly go against scripture so we keep away from those. We do observe the memorial of Christ's death as he commanded.
:iagree: What she said.

:iagree: It's very good.

4 chicken breasts, cook and shred
bag of broccoli
2 cans of a cream of soup (I usually use mushroom and chicken)
1/2 c mayo
2T lemon juice
stick of butter
cup of bread crumbs
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
Combine shredded chicken and broccoli in 9x13 pan. Mix next 3 ingredients and pour over chick/broc. Melt butter and combine with bread crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
I'm in no way claiming it's healthy though. :)

I was in a co-op and I was reading the book, The Rag Coat by Lauren Mills. Well, as I was reading the book, I started wailing in front of the little children. I tried my hardest not to cry. I read the book three times before I read the story in order to not cry while I was reading. I broke down and wailed in front of them. The children were all quiet. It is an awesome book.
Blessings to all!
Karen
I love that book, and I absolutely cannot read it without crying. Sobbing even.
