I'm not sure if this would be a challenge for him, but you might want to give Interactive Math a try. It starts at 6th grade level right up thru college. And best of all it's free.

All 5 of us got vaccinated in October. My husband and children got the flu a few days before Christmas. I got sick too but not nearly as bad as them. I think that was because I had been eating about 10 oranges, madarines & tangelos a day. My in-laws have a small citrus orchard and I was eating a lot of various oranges.

I have graduated my oldest two without any dual enrollment classes. I would have loved for them to have been able to do dual enrollment, but the BP oill spill messed up our plans. We own a charter fishing service and were affected by the oil spill at that time. We simply could not afford it. In the end it all worked out. They are both doing well in college. They both made the Chancellors List!

The online InterAct software, particularly the "help me solve it" feature may be helpful.
This is the free version of MyMathLab and so doesn't save work. But the practice can be good.
Don't have link handy, but maybe someone else will post it...or a search should provide it...

Those are helpful too! In the older links the quizzes are easier to find....
There is so much that I'm going to have trouble keeping track of all the options....
I hadn't noticed the podcasts in the 2011 version but now see they're there as well...
I wouldn't buy the new version of the book as it is so pricey and with all the online materials it wouldn't be worth it, but I do prefer that dd works with a book instead of always being online for a subject...Do you have any version of the book and if so, do you know how much has it changed over the years?
Thanks,
Joan
Joan I do not have a copy of any of the text books. I used a different curriculum for health with my kids. I just recently discovered these online resources. I wish I had know about them when my kids were starting high school. My life would have been a lot easier!

This is a pdf of the transcript that I use.

I am so pleased to have stumbled upon this group searching for homeschooling support resources.
I am dreading Algebra simply because now I will have to teach her instead of the online course doing most of the work.
Welcome to the group. For algebra you might want to try http://interactmath.com/home.aspx

I want to thank you guys for posting the link to interactmath.com
it's going to be such a big help to my youngest son.
My oldest son can home from college last year and told me that he really liked MyMathLab for his college algebra class and that I needed to get something similar for my younger son to do his algebra. I had no idea that there was a free version online. I only wish that I had this last year!
Thanks

Well if your son is going to community college & Texas has no requirements for homeschooling PE, then why bother worrying about it?
