  1. I agree that getting to know the area can be instrumental in the home buying process. I moved to South Boston last year with DH and DS. We found the broker Capital Residential Group, who seemed to know the area very well. Nevertheless, it was a seller's market and took time for us to find the right property. In the long run, I really appreciated the time I had to explore the area. I vote rent!

  2. There are several other types of non-dairy sources of calcium that you can opt as to ensure your daily calcium intake. The soft bones of fish, as with sardines, pilchards and tinned salmon, provide valuable calcium. Other useful sources include Soya bean products, such as sesame seeds, nuts, white bread, dried fruit, pulses and green leafy vegetables and orange juice, spinach, yogurt are also good sources of calcium.

  3. Your son’s MCAT scores along with other pre-requisites will be used to determine eligibility into med school. After he graduates from med school, he will need to do his internship. If your son is keen on serving in the military, he can get a scholarship to support his medical education in a civilian medical school. He’ll need to apply to the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program. In exchange for their financial support your son will need to do military service after residency training in the army, navy or air force. I’m not sure whether it applies to all residencies, like suppose your son wants to do a pediatric residency? Get all the details first.
