  1. I recommend using Capital Residential - http://www.capresidential.com/ - for your lender. They are highly qualified professionals and are very personable. When my husband and I were looking to move into Boston, they worked around our schedules and accommodated each and every one of our requests. If I was planning on moving, I would definitely use them again!
  2. There are a ton of historical landmarks that you should definitely take your son to see! Check out the Mass Vacation website: http://www.massvacation.com/explore/history/ - for things like the Freedom Trail Walk, the Mohawk Trail, Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum, Paul Revere House and more! Best of luck to your son!
  3. If you're family is into Music and Theatre, you definitely can not miss coming to Boston on the 4th of July to see the Boston Pops Orchestra in hatchshell on the side of the Charles River! I would suggest looking at the Mass Vacation website for tons more to do with your family on your vacation - www.massvacation.com
  4. Perhaps your children would benefit from career assessment tests, to give them an idea of what opportunities are available to them based on their skills and interests. Check out this link: http://www.babson.edu/graduate/career-development/Pages/process.aspx
  5. Look every kid has a diffrent IQ and a set of upbringing and most probably children learn from the surrounding it depends that is what one can't judge a child on or his future .
  6. I think you should more of a cardio and follow a strict diet of brown rice , salads and fruits that would help you in losing weight and after every meal try to take a walk of 15 to 20 minutes every day.
  7. I agree that getting to know the area can be instrumental in the home buying process. I moved to South Boston last year with DH and DS. We found the broker Capital Residential Group, who seemed to know the area very well. Nevertheless, it was a seller's market and took time for us to find the right property. In the long run, I really appreciated the time I had to explore the area. I vote rent!
  8. Children are going to be children, Even when I was in school I used to compete with other children’s in class, And thought to be better than them but later yrs passed by I grew up did my MBA, Never thought I would but when I remember those days I laugh sometimes .That competition is nothing compared to today’s world

  10. what I want to say is failure is a step towards success ,If you haven’t failed you haven't learned anything new in life, so let him take his time one day I am sure he will succeed in it.
  11. There are several other types of non-dairy sources of calcium that you can opt as to ensure your daily calcium intake. The soft bones of fish, as with sardines, pilchards and tinned salmon, provide valuable calcium. Other useful sources include Soya bean products, such as sesame seeds, nuts, white bread, dried fruit, pulses and green leafy vegetables and orange juice, spinach, yogurt are also good sources of calcium.
  12. Two very tricky gifts! For the nun, I would send her something that she can enjoy rather than collect. You can send her customized cookies for her retirement. It would be meaningful, thoughtful and delicious!
  13. My only dear son, who is also average in academics but he is very brilliant in other activities and his sense of humor is also good.
  14. There are lots of delicious foods I really enjoy to eat them like chocolates, donuts pizzas, pastas, ice creams, puddings. I can’t count them.
