  1. Bethany, I did a quick google search and someone said...

The main difference is that the Homeschool subscription allows up to 3 students to log-in at the same time, allows each child his/her own log-in so that their scores on the quiz's and other stuff can be kept seperate from those of the other children. So, if you have more than one child, AND they will be getting onto the site at the same time watching different videos, and/or you want to keep their quiz results separate, then the Homeschool option is probably the right one. However, if you only have one child, or your children won't be on the site at the same time, or if you don't care about the quiz results being kept separately on the site, then the Family/Home option is probably better, because it costs less.

    Hope that helps.

  2. Ours is working. Both my 2nd & 4th graders are using it. They like the paid online version more. 4th grader did the workbook with the free stuff online last year. They do breeze through the lessons. Feedback is immediate versus waiting for me to correct.

I have a lot going on with teaching a K-er to read and other subjects that are one on one such as FLL, WWE, SOTW, etc. With the paid online, it's one less thing to correct.

  3. Kohls has a really good deal on it right now.

It's $299.99 to buy one and the second one is a dollar. Use the 30% off (expires 7/22) online would make it $210 plus tax. You would also get $10 for every $50 (expires today 7/18) spent, so essentially it would be $40 back.

That makes it two for $160 plus taxes.

    Hope that helps.
