Oh Cheryl. You have brought tears to my eyes with your wonderful story! Thank you so much for sharing. After years of trying to make changes with the school district, I can finally take a deep sigh of relief. Because of people like you, I know it is possible to make my son all that he can be.

This past school year, ds needed to write an example of a time he was brave. He wrote that he was brave every day when he goes to school, knowing he wouldn't understand what was going on in class and knowing he might have to read aloud or answer questions (wrong) in class. It broke my heart.
