MommyX8 Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 Pros and cons? I am thinking about upgrading. I bought the flour sifter (yeah, I know, $90 for a flour sifter, but I think it will save money.) But I don't want to put money into in previous model. I'm sure that I could sell my originial Universal but is it worth the extra money to buy new? I picked up a cheap Compact with juicer, shredder, and food processor so that iw my little project machine. Since I will only be dragging out the big Bosch once a week or so, is it worth it?
