Annie N
While I was forgetting my resting bread until it had had its second rise, my husband put the oven on to self-clean. It's got three hours to go... It there any other way I can cook this bread? The last time I put dough in the refrigerator, it got all over the place, so I am reluctant to try that!!! But am not sure how to freeze, or how to thaw. Thanks very much!!!!!

Not absolutely sure, but it's worth a try anyway! :)
Claire
You can punch it down and put it in the freezer. It might still expand a little, so I would put it in a bowl and cover it loosely for in the freezer. Just bring it to room temperature (and allow to rise as you normally would) before baking.
