Guest Virginia Dawn
I think I found a common link to some mild problems I've been experiencing- soybean oil. I googled and only came up with stuff on severe reactions. Could soybean oil be the cause of mild nausea and/or facial breakouts and aching in the chest area? The only soybean oil I get is in processed foods and unfortunately we've been on the go lately and eating out more and getting things that are prepackaged. If you could give me any info or links that talk about this, I would be grateful. I'll check in again this afternoon. Thanks!
Cathy in IL
I will be watching for responses. My son was recently taken off soy for a suspected food allergy. His tummy aches stopped just days after removing all forms of soy. Turns out the allergy test came back negative, so - was it coincedence, or should he stay away from soy? Guest Virginia Dawn
I just did a more thorough search and found tons of people who say they are convinced there is a relationship between soybean oil and their acne. I also found an article on the possibility of refined soy products having traces of weed killer which may cause problems in children. Because much soy has been genetically engineered to resist Roundup, it is being applied more heavily. Well, I'm going to eliminate and see what happens. See you later.
