I don't really expect to engage in

much conversation on this, but just

thought I'd share it as I found it

both enlightening and disturbing.

 

And this is nothing against Harvard

as the situation is likely found at

most, if not all, colleges.   Hopefully

you will share this with your own

students as well.  Beautifully done
