librarymama Posted July 31, 2012 Share Posted July 31, 2012 We received our much anticipated complete series on DVD from Amazon yesterday! I was so excited, however, we have been watching the first DVD and the image quality has only been okay. It has also skipped or had sound cut out several times. I don't see any scratches on the disc and this is a brand new Blu-ray DVD player that hasn't had issues before... :glare: I'm going to keep going and see if the second disc and so on have issues. Are you going to reorder and try again? I'm hoping it was just a fluke and no one else is having the same issue. We've been looking forward to these episodes for awhile! thundersweet Posted July 31, 2012 Share Posted July 31, 2012 My kids watched the entire first disc yesterday and it was fine as far as I know. I was in the room here and there and didn't notice any skipping. They are loving this set. Even my 2yo came to me this morning saying " bus, bus."
