Another canning question

I am wanting to make some spaghetti sauce, but I don't have enough tomatoes yet. Can I freeze the ones I have until I have enough?

 

 

Yes, go through the same blancing routine to remove the skins, place them in plastic baggies, double bag, and freeze. Thaw when ready. They'll work just fine for sauces and salsas.
