Legomom
Has anyone here read it? I saw it advertised in the Scientific American magazine and wondered if it is worth reading? Especially would it be appropriate and beneficial for middle school. It doesn't have many reviews on Amazon, but the ad in Scientific American in somewhat intriguing. Kirkus says "An excellent introduction to the basics of Western physics" and The Physics Teacher says "Should be read by young and old. You will love it". Guest Fred
There are actually 15 reviews on Amazon mostly very favorable: http://www.amazon.com/Fizz-Nothing-Is-It-Seems/dp/0983396817 and some more reviews on the site http://www.fizz-book.com/. Fizz is a fun way to learn physics (and the history of physics) but probably more appropriate to older teens or adults
