I know the yeast is good because I also just made a batch of pizza dough that is fine. Do I have to scrap it and make a new batch? WWYD? KatieJ Posted January 8, 2010 Share Posted January 8, 2010 One time I forgot to put yeast in my bread dough ( I was caretaking my Mom who had had a stroke and I was a bit stressed) and I just put it all back in the mixer and mixed in more yeast.
