[Co-op Drama class for 4-8 year olds. Please help!]

I am going to be in charge of a drama class at our co-op for 4-8 year olds.  Never having taught a drama class to little ones before I would love to get some advice on programs and ideas that have worked.  In particular I'm looking for drama programs, play ideas, public speaking programs, or fun drama activities.
