Just wanted to say thank you again for the transaction. I'm sorry that the shipping cost you much more than you expected when shipping to Canada. In that situation, I think that most people (myself included) would have cancelled the deal and refunded. By following through and still sending me the books and losing out yourself, you've shown true character and integrity.
