When my grandfather died a few months ago I got a couple of old books that were his.  Probably not worth much, more sentimental, especially as one had a nice note written to him from the person who gave it to him.

However, the old book smell is really strong.  They are around 50 years old.  I put them in the room with many of our other books, but now every time I walk in there the smell is almost overpowering. It’s technically the formal living room, so it’s open to the rest of the house, not a closed off room.

Is there anything that can be done about it or do I just have to deal with it if I want to keep them?

This was a really impressive book and edition. And reading is my favorite hobby overall. However, I've never been good at writing. As a result, I would rather get assistance from this source https://www.topessaywriting.org/samples/literature Examples of work are very helpful, and recently I needed to write an article on the topic of literature and it’s great that I found examples.

You can wipe them with water and vinegar several times. Although it is unlikely to completely get rid of the smell right away. But over time it will become less and less noticeable.

I have several books in my life regardless of times. This is a useful tool that improves my memory and skill training. For me as a student, this is particularly crucial because I have to constantly manage the flow of homework. I recently used this source to help with my research paper preparation https://www.grabmyessay.com/pay-for-research-paper This helped me see how I can deal with this more skillfully.

The story of English is a great book!

    Kindle book on sale today.

And this one which I'm not sure about.

Both of these books have been added to my Goodreads library. Although there are different opinions about the second option, in any case, I want to read it. This is especially true in the preparation of my project  https://www.aresearchguide.com/1steps.html Another tool helped me out a lot with this. It is always easier for me to follow the instructions than to create something from scratch.

A couple of books on here are on my Want to Read list (Count of Monte Cristo, Moby Dick, and A Farewell to Arms), but the only one I have read is How Green is my Valley, which I recommend as a somewhat shorter book than some of the others.  I really enjoyed the depiction of the way of life in the southern mining communities of Wales.  If you are interested in Welsh literature, I would also highly recommend Sioned Davis’ translation of The Mabinogion.

I put Count of Monte Cristo on the shelf in Goodrids and I hope that I'll get to reading it soon. In general, everything from this list is worthy of attention. I love books, even though there is almost no time for it now. I'm preparing a series of articles and this is a very time-consuming process https://edubirdie.com/essay-writers-for-hire I found a source that can help me with this. It's important for me to finish things right and free up my schedule a bit.

Has anyone here consciously chosen to do this? Or else some version of digital photo maintenance that occurs at regular intervals?

My iPhone storage is again maxing out (62 of 64 GB); I have a cloud account that’s $2.99/mth and I flatly refuse to bump that up again. (I also have to keep it turned off because it will max out if I let it update.) I have spent several hours recently deleting junk off my phone and separately, deleting junk off my computer. A good bit of this is clutter I needed only at that moment (like taking a picture of a piece of mail for ds) or screenshots of interesting things I find online. (Lots of Hive wisdom memorialized this way!) It’s cool and all but, when going back, I can’t tell what these screenshots of words are unless I open them, start to read, and then decide whether this is so important I should keep it.

I think the solution for the bits of wisdom is to write it on one of the million notepads I always have around here. If it’s not important enough to go to the trouble of writing it down, it’s not important enough to add to my millions of photos.

I really think I should have a specific habit like: the first weekend of the month, I go back one month and clean all the extraneous stuff off my phone, then, back the remainder up to my computer, then delete any other non-essential photos - the pretty flowers, the picture of a flock of turkeys in my yard, the cake I baked. I think this is a good plan but I first have to spend many hours cleaning the past few years. And I need to stop adding so many new photos.

Has anyone figured out the best way of managing this?

This is an eternal problem for me. The memory on the phone runs out very quickly, but on the other hand, I'm not ready to overpay for a large phone memory either. But I need different stock photos and videos for my projects.  The most essential thing to me is that it be of excellent quality and unique. As a result, when I wanted breaking news background video, I spent a long time searching for the possibilities I need. Because of the number of photographs, I picked what appealed to me.
