Mad Jenny Flint
Hey, all, I seem to recall a thread a while back about this but I was just considering my plans for next year (in a very advance, big picture kind of way) and wondering whether anyone here has alternated weeks of Chalkdust Geometry with CD Algebra II, over two years. I think this option would help to keep both subjects fresh; however, I don't want to confuse my son and perhaps a more linear progression with SAT review for followup would be wiser. Thoughts? Thanks, in advance.
LoriM
There's no reason why that wouldn't work...or another mode might be to do Algebra MW and Geometry TTh. Personally, I did Geometry and Algebra II concurrently in 10th grade, and never had math-confusion. It was a lot of homework, but I took a lighter load that year and had a "study hall" so it worked out just fine.
