Jenn in CA
I have a Kindle to load up with books to help a 15-year-old French speaker learn English. His dad speaks English fluently but doesn't have time to help him. The teen doesn't know any English. I was thinking of books which could be listened to at the same time, using either Kindle's Text To Speech feature or Immersion Reading (I think that's what it's called) via Audible. Maybe it would be better to find a book written in French that's meant to teach English. Any suggestions? I have no idea where to start. beausa
Does he live in an english or french speaking country ? How old is he? Books might be difficult but movies or radio are good way to learn.
quelle.que.soit
Children usually learn languages best from other children. Here we have groups children can go to for English of all different levels.
