mazakaal Posted March 11, 2011 Share Posted March 11, 2011 Aw, thanks for asking. I'm not going to fly out on Saturday. Dh is just not well enough. He's getting out of bed to eat a meal or take a shower, and then is so tired, he has to go straight back to bed. A fuse blew a couple of days ago, so the heater in the dining/school room won't work. Dh can't even get himself to deal with the fuse (it's very old, not just a flip a switch thing). So I've canceled my flight for Saturday, but there is a flight on Tuesday that's only $30 more. If dh is feeling better by Sunday and there are still seats on the Tuesday flight, I'll try to get there then. On the bright side, we have travel insurance through our bank, and when I called they said that this would be covered and I can get a refund if I turn in the paperwork. The flight is just about the same price as a new iPad, which I've been wanting since they came out.
