Julpost Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 I was talking to a friend of mine about a piece of legislation where I heard it could be construed as a hate crime to express a negative opinion about homosexuality. For the life of me, I can't remember what it was called, if it has been passed, or what exactly it was.
