H.S. Burrow
I need to turn this into dinner tonight. Any ideas? I would think that you could sub the turkey for any favorite chicken recipe. Here's one of our favorites that we use chopped chicken: Snappy Smothered Chicken
MomLovesClassics
Casserole, potpie, or soup depending on what you have on hand. Turkey and dumplings are good if you have flour.
MamaReese
We are having Turkey enchilladas tonight with our left over turkey
bettyandbob
I did this with ground turkey tonight. I'm sure it would work with cubed. I sauteed 2 large onions and about 5 or 6 chopped apples. Separately, I browned the turkey and put it all together in one pan. Maybe that's not a very good dinner, but the kids liked it.
HeatherInWI
I'm doing broccoli-cheese calzones with meat chunks tonight. It would work in something like that. Or a pot pie, or gravy over biscuits (white sauce made with chicken stock, cubed chicken, and mixed vegs all together), or a chicken pizza, or a chicken salad. Yum! Kanga
How about white chili? http://premeditatedleftovers.blogspot.com/search/label/white%20chili I also like turkey and rice soup.
Pip
I'd make some alfredo sauce, throw in the turkey and have it over noodles.
2cents
Mix in a can of Pinto or Black Beans, envelope of taco mix and water, the turkey meat. Heat it all up and put in a tortilla with cheese and salsa. Turkey burritos! Yum!
FlockOfSillies
A big pot of chicken broth, salt/pepper/dried seasonings, sauteed onion, veggies -- carrots, peas, corn, spinach, and egg noodles/pasta added at the end.
