Kathleen in VA Posted May 2, 2009 Share Posted May 2, 2009 (edited) My son has been called out for a search and rescue mission in southern Virginia for a blind 41yo man who is lost on the Appalachian Trail somewhere. Would you please pray that they find the man (Kenneth Knight) in good health and that the Lord would protect all those involved in the SAR effort (it is a large crew). Ds left about 4pm yesterday and called me about 11pm to let me know he is fine. I haven't heard anything today and although I know he is trained and certified to lead the ground team, I am still a little bit concerned for him and everyone else. Thanks!
