Mommy7
I was thinking I would do science every day, rather than once or twice. But, I would probably cover things more thoroughly if I space it out. What do you think? I'll be teaching these classes to an 8, 9, & 11 yo. (with the 5 & 6 yo's tagging along) (At least that is how old they will be in the fall) Edited April 30, 2009 by Mommy7
Brindee
I haven't done the geography, but my dd did the Astronomy a couple of years ago and loved it! I think your kids will have fun! The Astronomy didn't take even close to a whole year, about a semester I'd say. So I'm thinking that won't be too much at all! As you know, if you tweak the amount of assignments to each age level, then it'll work out well, I think!

Did you do experiments? :bigear:
profmom
I had to read your thread title twice because the first time I thought it said: Would A Child's Geography & Exploring Creation w/ Astronomy be too much for a 1 YEAR OLD?
KLA
We just worked through one book per semester. I did print the workbook pages for the Astronomy book off Jeanie Fulbright's website. This was a couple years ago so there may be more helps out there. I also ordered the experiment kit from Home Science Tools that went with the Astronomy book. Totally not necessary but I did have the harder to find supplies readily available. Have Fun! KLA
