Blessedfamily
Check out the clip, and picture me doing that in my living room. Amy Bento Workout I'm so proud of myself. When I started back in Feb, I couldn't last 5 mins.
GWOB
Holy snot:eek:! I would trip over that step so many times. I am just not even kinda coordinated enough to attempt that workout. Good for you! I bet that really kills fat. How are you doing with the weight loss? Do you have any other videos that require much less coordination and yet give an awesome workout? Blessedfamily
Today, I reached 30 lbs lost. It is slow going to me. If you can believe it, that video was what I was doing regularly when I was 4.5 mos pregnant and didn't know it! :scared: I was working out like a horse everyday and then falling asleep on the couch. Then I went to the dr. and surprise! I was so terrified that all the plyometrics that I had been doing might have caused problems I quit exercising altogether. Hence, the big weight gain. Baby is perfect and I am plump! (but working on it). I'll be back in a few minutes with a list of less intense videos I love.
Blessedfamily
I do mostly step videos. Some are dancey. Some are more athletic. None of these are high impact like Amy Bento. Gay Gasper- Gay is athletic, but fun. All Out Infused Step In this video, she cues too far ahead sometimes, but it is a very fun workout with hip music. Cardio Step Express I love this one by Tracey Staehle! Steady State Step The camera work is a bit awkward at some points, but I love it! Not a bunch of TIFTing. Great music Christi Taylor -The dance queen, definately. Always has great music. Totally Cool Step is my favorite. TRICKY moves, but not hard or high impact. Fantastic Four is her best value. Two step and two floor aerobic workouts. It's classic, dancey, fun.

teamturner
Good for you, that's awesome! I need some good workout tapes but I try to stay away from step tapes since knee surgery took out most of my cartilage on my left knee. I will look at some of the ones you listed though. Thanks! WyoSylvia
Gracious Yvette! That's intense. I can only picture breaking my ankle doing that. Great job on the 30!!!!:cheers2: (Low-carb beer of course.) ETA: That's what I'm doing in my avatar, how funny.
Letty's3Angels
I'm with Wendi. I've tried step before and can't figure out those moves. I spend most of my energy and frustrations trying to figure out where to turn, when to step, sideways, turn, ohhh I'm getting confused again.:tongue_smilie: I'm very proud of you, keep it up. Keep us posted on your weight loss.:001_smile:
Blessedfamily
Just ordered it!Here's hoping I can last longer than 5 minutes my first time.... Sophia, I just read the reviews on collage and agree. No dread factor. Some of my others seem boring afterwards. There is a "power up" at the end that I'm not up to yet, but I'll get there. And I'm thinking of ordering the Advced Step Challenge2 now. :001_smile: Hope you enjoy it!

I too am on a weight-loss journey. It isn't easy, but I just keep plugging away. So far I've lost 10lbs, with 40lbs to go. I'm thinking of doing the C25K program. The weather here is finally nice so I'll be able to get out and exercise. Good luck to you!
Brindee
I took a step class at the Y after my last chid. It wasn't quite that intense, but it was an advanced class. LOVED it! I felt soooo good afterwards! In fact, I often went straight from class and ran (actually jogged) a mile or two on the inside track! This makes me want to get in shape like that again! Yeah, it takes awhile to get the steps all worked out, but once you get them, it's great! Thanks for sharing this!

Lovedtodeath
I am uncoordinated and out of shape from bedrest and malnutrition. I really like "The Masala Bhangra Workout".
