athena1277
A metal bowl was left on my white, laminate counter and left a rust ring (I guess it was damp). I can't get it to come off and I've tried several cleaners. Even magic eraser did not have enough magic for this stain! Anyone know what will get it to come off? Thanks!!!! Ali in OR
Comet has always worked for me.
Bambam
I've always had luck with Soft Scrub. Also the Magic Eraser works well on laminate.
4kiddies
Try using dishwasher detergent that has bleach in it. Just rub it in and let it sit for a few minutes then wipe up. I use that to clean EVERYTHING off of my white countertops. Good luck!
H.S. Burrow
Bar Keepers Friend. It's like magic!! I have always used the powder and made a paste with water and let it sit a couple of minutes.
specialmama
This is going to sound silly, but try a whitening toothpaste. Leave it on thick all night. It has worked on my counters when I left a brass candlestick there too long and green patina left a ring. Whitening toothpaste will also work on stained clothing! :tongue_smilie:

Desert Rat
Make a paste of cream of tartar and water and let sit. That's what The Queen of Clean recommends. Not me, the book! :o
