LizzyBee
Before I went to bed last night, I noticed a twinge in my left knee, but I didn't give it too much thought and figured it would be fine in the morning. However, I was aware of it hurting several times during the night. When I woke up this morning, the pain in my knee was the first thing I was conscious of. It was like a burning, throbbing sensation. It's inside the knee, but not real deep. It wasn't too severe, but when my dh touched it, I about went through the roof. It has continued to hurt today. It's constant, but not severe other than occasional shooting pains. Putting weight on it doesn't make it worse, but my jeans rubbing against it is irritating. It feels inflamed, but there is no visible swelling, bruising, or rash. I haven't bumped into anything or twisted it. Any ideas?

LizzyBee
Well, how is your knee today? Still a little tender, but much better than yesterday. I think it will be fine by tomorrow. :001_smile:
