Annie Laurie
I find music to be very motivating when I exercise, I have to have my ipod and then I get lost in the music and stop noticing how long I've been running on the treadmill or whatever. It has to have a fast, danceable beat but I'm getting tired of my current selections. Anyone want to share their workout playlist? :bigear: Please help me stay motivated, I'm on an exercise streak consistently for the first time in my life. I like all kinds of music and so am open to anything! On my current playlist are an Eminem song, a late 70s Micheal Jackson song, and Vampire Weekend, to give you an idea. Annie Laurie
Thanks, Diane, for responding! I'll add those. Anyone else? :bigear:
kalanamak
Aretha Franklin and Otis Redding. It is the only time I listen to these two, along with other 60's Motown.
Eleni
Beastie Boys. For some odd reason they put me in a very happy frame of mind and I cannot stay still when listening to them. FYI: breakdancing and vacuuming are not compatible. :glare:
