If you take EPO for PMS symptoms, do you take it every day of the month, or only on certain cycle days? TIA! I do believe I read once about them contributing toward sounder sleep, and I have found this to be true. :001_smile: The brand I prefer is Nordic Naturals Omega Woman. I heard somewhere that keeping fish oils/Omegas in the fridge helps 1) cut down on fish burps (but I don't have that issue with this brand) and 2) helps their shelf life to last and to avoid rancidity or something like that. If you'll remember to take it twice, it's better to divide it between breakfast and supper, so the amount in your system is more consistent. If you'll only remember once, that's okay for health, just not as effective for focus and mood. Evening primrose oil - every day, plus extra one week before and during menses.
