Fish Oil, Evening Primrose Oil & other Omega-3's & Omega-6's -- WHEN do you take them

I also use Nordic Naturals brand and I take mine with dinner. I heard somewhere that keeping fish oils/Omegas in the fridge helps 1) cut down on fish burps (but I don't have that issue with this brand) and 2) helps their shelf life to last and to avoid rancidity or something like that. So that's where I keep mine!

Fish oil - every day, with food. If you'll remember to take it twice, it's better to divide it between breakfast and supper, so the amount in your system is more consistent. If you'll only remember once, that's okay for health, just not as effective for focus and mood.

 

Evening primrose oil - every day, plus extra one week before and during menses.
